Please Give Swain's R the same properties as Pre Rework Galio's R

Its fair to say Swain's ultimate is underwhelming. It doesn't do much damage and it also doesn't spell vamp much health. Instead of directly buffing either can we make the damage the end nuke does increase based on the damage Swain takes during his ulti? I think it would be a win-win, he wouldn't be so overwhelming but he also wouldn't become overtuned like Ornn did after his buffs.

I actually like this. I don't stats or anything though but it sounds like a solid idea.

Swain isn't a gargoyle who soaks up damage with his stone appearance and reflects it back; he's a lord who siphons peoples souls away.

It doesn't really fit the character sorry.
