There was a Disco Sona concept that riot had a while ago, I think it's still on the "unreleased" page of the league of legends wiki page. You can see the texture layout for it.

there was a concept on the old forums like 2 years ago for a "disco udyr" as a reference to his stance-dancing psa: udyr needs unique skins. like except party udyr they're all the same concept as the base, they just have better/styles

and perhaps they could redesign Groovy 
so he doesn't look like shit, i love the disco theme and use zilean, but the skin looks awful so i didn't get it
