Runeterra MMO RPG classes: ENCHANTER/ENCHATER

And I know that Riot is releasing a book that explains almost everything about Runeterra. I will be buying it as soon as it releases and will edit both of these posts if necessary.

Healers are close to my heart, as are the mages. I love creating classes that use magic, it makes my imagination run wild.

Here are few pure "ENCHANTER/ENCHANTER 5 points at 1 talent tree" class designs that I have made over this past week. First I will put classes that I have created all by myself and then classes which I took from other games or got me inspirated.

I hope some day we will make Runeterra MMORPG happen and I think the best way would be if this would be community project like someone said in my last post. ^^

Souls gems - small/common/big/grand big Small soul gem - 25% (1/4) of Grand Big Soul Gem, Common SG - 50% (1/2) of GBSG, Big SG - 75% (3/4) of GBSG You unlock 4 small soul gems through quest at lvl 10. Bigger gems can be crafted by Jewel Crafters or found in the world.

Enveloping mist - 2s cast. Heals an ally and sacrificing 10% of your current health. This effect is reduced by 1% for every Wondering Spirit, Mist Walker and Maiden of the Mist alive.

Wondering Spirit - Insta cast. Costs 1 small soul gem. Spirits wonder and attach themselves to closest ally. Wondering spirits mimic any healing you done but only for 10% of the heal. There can be only 1 spirit attached to ally. Spirit lasts 1 min, timer starts whenever they spawn. If there is no ally in range, they will travel towards you and give you 1 small soul gem.

Mist walker - Insta cast. One Mist Walker costs 2 small soul gems. You can have up to 4 mist walkers, mist walkers heal themselves and everyone in 20 yard radius and with wondering spirit on them.

Maiden of the Mist - Insta cast. Costs 4 gems (the bigger the shards the more HP Maiden of the Mist has) She heals lowest ally but sacrificies her HP to heal. You can also command her to attack enemy, she will heal herself and summon Mist Walkers for every dead enemy.

Last whisper - 1s cast. Sacrifices Wondering Spirit on ally and applies HoT effect.

Cheat death - Insta cast. Target instead of taking fatal dmg is healed for 40% of their maximum health. This lasts 10 sec.

Arise - Combat Ress

Talents: ??? - If you don’t have any soul gem or your soul gems are full, you spawn wondering spirits after every enveloping mist. ??? - Everyone drops wondering spirit on death. ??? - If someone dies near you it gives you one full soul gem.

Arcane renew – 2,25s cast. Heals ally and stacks Arcane Power - bigger heal but bigger mana cost. If target has flux on them Arcane Renew applies a hot.

Arcane overload – Insta cast. 6s CD. Flux reduced cooldown of this ability by 3 sec. Arcane Shock and Arcane Discharge resets CD of this ability. Instantly consumes all Arcane Power stacks and: Enemy: deals dmg based on stacks and if target has flux on them refunds all additional mana from Arcane Power to you based on stacks consumed. Ally: instant heal that consumes all stacks and heals target based on stacks, if target has flux on them arcane overload crits. Arcane overload also jumps to nearby enemies and allies with flux.

Flux – 1s cast. 3 charges, recharge time 6 sec. Heals allies and deals damage to enemies. Also applies flux. If flux is already on target flux spreads to nearby targets and deals dmg or heals as well.

Arcane Shock – Insta cast. 9s CD. Gives friendly target 30% crit chance for next 2 spells or deals critical Arcane dmg to enemy. If ally has flux Arcane shock refunds all additional mana based on Arcane Power stacks consumed to ally or if casted on enemy with flux it gives you 1 flux charge per Arcane Power stack. 9 sec CD

Arcane discharge – 1,5s cast. 9s CD. Casts HoT effect on all ally targets affected with flux, healing them for xx – xx (based on their HP, at 100% HP = 100% more), and slowing all enemies with flux for 0%-99% (based on their HP, at 1%HP = 99%slow).

Realm Warp – 2s cast, 2min CD. Teleports all targets with flux to you.

Talents: only first 2 rows which are just passive stat increases and stat buffs

Blood Effigy – 2s cast- Links yourself and your targeted ally, both of you are healed by % of the dmg the other one deals. You can have only one effigy active at the time.

Blood Mirror – 2s cast, 1,5min CD. 100% of dmg you receive is redirected to the target.

Vampiric Touch – Insta cast, 1min CD. Every target you healed in past 5 secs heals you for % of their dmg dealt, lasts 10 sec.

Transfusion – Insta cast. Sacrifaces portion of your health to heal target, when casted on enemy it deals dmg and heals you instead.

Blood pact – Insta cast, CD 30s. Gives target Blood Effigy and bonus 20% healing received for 6 secs, also increases maximum number of Blood Effigies to 2.

Hemmorhage – Insta cast. DoT effect that will deal dmg to target and heals all targets with renewals on them.

Renewal – Insta cast, 2 charges recharge 5s. HoT effect that will heal affected target over 15s based on dmg done by your hemmorhage, if there is no hemmorhage active at the time, hemmorhage will be casted on you. Renewal increases Hemorhage by up to 5 times. There can be more then 1 renewal on target.

Temporal scab – 2sec cast Heals ally and leaves DoT effect on them, dealing dmg equal to 50% amount of the heal. Target must take total dmg from all sources or suffer full dmg of this DoT.

Scab – stops one bleed and diminishes its damage over 3-5 secs.

Talents: Crimson Rush - third Transfusion will always crit.

If you spent your other 3 points in elemental magics, it gives you stances (fire, water, air,..)

Rock of Empowerement - Cast for 10-15s. You first Rock will always be casted instantly. Build a stone in area, stone has different effects depending which elemental empowers it. Only one elemental can be active on rock at the time. Elemetals can be stack up to 10 stacks. 1 stack will be always used whenever Rock does Rock pulse. e.g. of empowerements: P=Passive while in range of Rock Light – Rock pulse grants every ally shield and enemies get Illumination debuff – next dmg deals bonus light dmg (P – grants random ally shield while in range) Frost – Rock pulse freezes every enemy in range and allies deal bonus frost dmg for 5s. (P – slows every enemy) Arcane – Rock pulse summons pulse that travels for 2 secs, pulse grants bonus 30% crit for next spell to every ally hit and snares every enemy for 4 sec (P – drops orb of pure energy that grant bonus magic dmg when picked up. Stacks up to 5 times) Void – Rock pulse creates a rift that summons voidlings for first 4 pulses and then bigger and bigger creatures based on how long rift is open (P – random ally ignores every magic resist but also negates allies magic resist) I have done this for every magic but these are my favs.

Rotating stone – Insta cast. Rotating stone that gives buff/debuff by which magic empowers it. Rotating Stone is empowered by first magic that is near it. Lasts for 30 sec.

Stone shatter – 1,5s cast. Shaters Rotating Stone on target.

Stones shatter – 1,5s cast, 40s CD Shaters all Rotating Stones.

Rock Pulse – 2s cast, 6s CD Forces Rock of Empowerement to pulse consuming one empowerement. Rock pulse focuses nearest rock to your crosshair, if another Rock of Empowerement are in pulse range chain reaction will be started. Rocks have 1,5 sec CD before they can pulse again.

Talents: only first 2 rows which are just passive stat increases and stat buffs

Northren Gift – Insta cast Engolves ally in frost magic, heals on other allies also heal this ally for 40% of the amount healed.

Frost Touch – 2,5s cast. Unleashes frost energy on the target dealing x frost dmg to en enemy and slowing them for 50% for 5 sec, or healing ally for x (frost)

Touch of cold – 1,5 cast Faster frost touch

Furry of the north – Insta cast. Engolves ally in frost magic giving them bonus armor and magic resist and immunity to CC for 10s.

Icy Touch – Insta cast. 9s CD. Unleashes frost energy on the target, dealing x frost dmg to en enemy, or x frost healing to an ally .

Cone of cold – Insta cast. 18s CD. Unleashes a wave of cold healing up to 5 injured allies within a 15 yd frontal cone and slowing all enemies for 50% for 5 sec

Frozen Tomb – Insta cast. Can be only casted on almost frozen enemies and allies with frost buff active.

Blessing of the north – Insta cast. Summons a lich of yourself that mirrors your spells for 20% and gives you 20% crit for 20 secs. Also your first Icy Touch critically strikes.

Talents Blessing of north – You Icy Touch criticals reduce the cast time of your next Frost Touch by 1,5s or increase the healing of your next Touch of Cold by 40%. ??? - Crit strike chance on Icy touch is increased by 30% if target has frost debuff (enemy) or buff (ally)) ??? - After target ally with frost pact dies becomes a lich that mirror your spells ??? - Blessing of the north refund 30% cost of mana if target is healed directly. Frozen husk – Increases healing done by up to 12% based on proximity of your target

Prismatic Barrier - Insta cast. Casts on allies target shield and applies Lights out for 8s. Lights out = you can't cast Prismatic barrier on target.

Greater Light - 2,5s cast. Heal allies or deals light dmg to enemies.

Flash of light - 1,5s cast. Faster Greater Light

Lucent Nova – Insta cast. Light explosion that heals all ally and damages enemies

Ray of Light – Insta cast, 1,5 min CD. All targets in beam will be healed or damaged every 0,5s for 6s.

talents ??? - 45% of dmg you absorb is reflect back to attacker ??? - whenever your prismatic barrier completely absorbed or dispelled, it gives you 1,5% mana, occurs once every 10 sec ??? - whenever your prismatic barrier completely absorbed or dispelled, your shielded targets receives 2% mana, 8 rage or 16 energy, occurs once every 12 sec ??? - critical heals create protective shield around target absorbing 30% of the amount healed ??? - gives you 25% rapidness after casting prismatic barrier ??? - Your heals reduce Lights out effect by 2s. Illumination - your healing and damaging ablities apply on target Illumination. Your next heal or dmg to target wil heal them or damage them for xx bonus Light Heal/DMG.

Zed Shadow: In progress

Shadow heal – 2s cast Heals ally Side effect: You take damage equal to 50% of amount healed.

Shadow pact – 3s cast 5 man heal Side effect: Spawns a pool of shadow energy under you (or target) that will generate darkness to shadow mages or degenerate enlightenment of light mage. After 10 seconds it will deal shadow damage to everyone who is standing in it unless shadow mages suck up its power or light mage eliminates pool with their enlightenment.

Darkest Mend – Insta cast. Targets first spell/ability will heal them for % of damage dealt and them jumps on to another ally. Lasts 10s. Side effect: If dmg is not dealt in 5s it will deal % of damage dealt to you but still heal target.

Shadow Shield – you take 0 dmg from side effects for 5s Side Effect: Explodes at the end. If it didn’t hit any enemy it will deal damage to you equal to damage absorbed (nerfed in pvp)

Shadow Nova – Insta cast. Deal shadow dmg and shadow heal to everyone around. Side effect: When you don’t deal dmg to any enemy it will deal damage to you.

Talents: Shadow clone - when you deal damage you have chance to spawn shadow clone that will remove 1 side effect that lasted more than 4s and does something based on which effect it cleared. (e.g.: pact of healing - casts shadow nova)

Malzahar Void: In progress

Void dance – 3min CD. Every ally can't be damaged under 1 HP for 6 sec Side effect: all heals are absorbed until target has been healed equal to his HP if shield is not overhealed and target has 1 HP, target dies. When effect ends and shield was overhealed, target will be healed equal to healing after shield was overhealed.

Whispers of Watchers – target deal 30% more damage have 20% more rapidness and crit and stacks 1% haste per sec. When target have 100% haste, crit will be stacked instead. Side effect: Target can’t be healed, and every second he takes more dmg. Void spells dispell this effect by 5% and dispells by 2%.

Kennen Lightning: working on it, idk how to make lighting heal people...

XinZhao Weapons (no magic): I call this one shouter but I need to create Fighter/Fighter classes first. He uses Battle wind and Shouts to heal his allies.

Yasuo Wind: mistweaver monk wow inspiration - healing wind like JannaJanna Nami Water: resto shaman wow inspiration - jumping waters like Nami Annie Fire: holy priest wow inspiration - big heals but before heal it deal fire dmg to target Nidalee Nature: resto druid wow - so much HoTs, but also abilities would change by what is around
