She's got soo much potential for a good skin tbh, all her skins are meh. She needs a new skin. I got totally dissapointed for not seeing a harrowing skin for her this last pbe patch note. I think riot hates cass.
Her last skin came out February 2013 iirc, that was over 2 1/2 years ago. Meanwhile popular champions like Ahri receive skins on an annual basis, it's making me sick just to think about the bias which is influencing these skin releases. The likelihood of Cass receiving a new skin is probably as big as Urgot getting one, judging by both their lack of popularity and viability.
Rework or buffs before skin , Lissandra needs one though
Cass really needs a new skin, due to her design she can be flexible into a lot of really cool skins.
