Sneaky Jungle Bollocks Champ (X-post from my Reddit post)

I have been made aware that this particular community takes its custom champs seriously, but I'm way too much of a scrub to be knowing exactly what numbers go where. But since that one Reddit post died, I'll post my champ over here (minor tweaks have been made) to see if it gets some attention/hatred.

Sudden Death -- The Spectre of Night

Passive: Ruthlessness Basic attacks execute minions and monsters below 50/150/250/350 health (1/6/11/16).

Q: Vital Shot Sudden Death throws a dagger at a Champion, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+25% AD) physical damage and slowing it for 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds, marking it as Vulnerable for the duration.

W: Opportunity Passive - Sudden Death deals an additional 5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15% True damage to Vulnerable targets.

E: Predator's Prerogative Sudden Death senses the movements of the nearest enemy Champion within 500 units for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds, seeing the echoes of their footsteps. That Champion is marked as Vulnerable. If Sudden Death gets a kill or assist on that champion within 15 seconds, he gains a charge of Smite.

R: Assassination When activated on an enemy Champion, you replace your field of vision with that Champion's for 5/6/7 seconds, and you mark that target as Vulnerable. During that time, you can activate Assassination again to leap to your target within 425/500/575 units, ignoring terrain. If the target could not see you and has less than 500 health, you immediately execute it. Otherwise, you deal 200/250/300 (+50% AD) physical damage to it.

I don't have any lore or base stats to go with it, just abilities really. Anyways enjoy. Or give me a good reaming, either way
