Don't proc Manaflow Band while on the fountain. (x-post from /r/leagueoflegends)

So, Manaflow band is great. Refunds mana spent every once in a while. I take it on Quinn because holy shit blinding people for free is great. You know what isn't great? Recalling and seeing that it's active, and having to burn it to go into bird mode.

Now, this might be the ramblings of a salty Quinn player, and that's because it is. Quinn is a garbage champion and I should be banned for even maining her. But since we're already getting our resource back at a stupid rate anyway, why force it to proc on the fountain?
