Ashe's Passive

I need to understand why anyone at Riot Games thought that Ashe's new passive was good game design. My primary, driving concern on it is that there is zero counterplay outside of tenacity. It costs no mana, it requires no items, there's no threshold at which it switches on, and you get it at level 1. The only skill it requires is your ability to understand that an enemy is within auto-attack range, and your physical dexterity at moving your mouse over that enemy and right-clicking them.

I just...I need to understand why this was not only considered a good idea, but implemented on live servers.

Literally the point of a passive...

He passive is a problem even at level 1? A 5% slow is SOOO devastating, right?

And wow, 10% extra damage on subsequent AAs against a slowed (by Ashe) target? Have you met Corki? Or Talon?

Ashe was in a pretty tough spot before she got her rework. Her passive is fine and is what made her more viable than she previously did. Yes it may be lame to go against, and it can be pretty strong, but it is not overpowered and the last thing Ashe needs would be nerfs to knock her out of viability.

Uninstall, and smash your pc for crying over the least problematic thing in the game. G&B meeting all the rumors about them truthfully.

She's very immobile and squishy. Positioning is key, so if not positioned correctly, she WILL die.
