Lyudea, the Dimensional Dweller (Fan Champion Concept)

Lyudea is a tanky juggernaut that focuses more on heavy resource management and damage, giving her plenty of tools for various ocasions but the resources to only use 1/3 of those. Focused as a jungler mainly, she's sort of a shyvana but more balanced in ways that shyvana never will. She has a little bit of everything but sacrifices alot for each power. An example would be her sustain, she can use approximately 80% of her resources to get sustain out of the enemy team harm-free, however, that will mean she cannot absolutely fight for the next few seconds or risk going Overcharged, making her a free kill to the enemy team. She also features an ulti that basically transports one champion (the one she hits) into a different dimension alongside her, rendering the game 4 vs 4 for 10 seconds. Although this ultimate is strong, it has tons of counter play ( low range, can be blocked ). If used with the portal to extend its range, she will be overcharged if she misses or when the duration ends, making her useless for 5 seconds. She has tons of counterplay implemented in the form of ability combos that cannot be manipulated through anyway other than overcharging or retreating out of combat. She excells in skirmishes and objetive control, giving her the option to still smite a Dragon or Baron through a portal or even whilst in the different dimension (The enemy too, if its a jungler) due to how it'll work. She offers some utility if you want to but it'll require you to sacrifice either a portal or your own ultimate so you'll have to choose wisely. Ofcourse skilled play will be rewarded, smart usage of portals will give you a few energy bars extra and hitting enemies with your ultimate's pulse waves will give you energy and more utility.

Abilities Passive : Overcharge / Cooldown : None / Recharge bar : 100 Lyudea's passage to our world is temporary and costs alot of power to maintain. If she overuses her abilities and her Energy bar reaches 0, her power will be drained and she'll return to her world temporarily while she recharges some of her power. Regenerates 20 energy per second. She also regenerates 10 energy per second while out of combat

While overcharged, she'll leave behind her physical body which is rooted for the duration of overcharge and is unable of commands, dealing damage to everyone near her. She can be killed while in this state.

The body gains 10/20/30/40% damage reduction for the duration and deals 5/10/15/20 (+10% bonus hp) magic damage to everyone near the body ( 550 range around the body). (Evolves at levels 6/11/16)

Q : Piercing slash / Range : 550 / Width : 55 / Missile speed : 1400 / Costs 10 energy / Cooldown : 20/16/12/8/4 Lyudea slashes forward, striking everyone in its path excluding lane minions, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+1 total ad) +5% of Lyudea's max hp as physical damage. Hitting an enemy champion gives Lyudea's a 10/20/30/40/50% movement speed bonus for 3 seconds.

Piercing slash heals for 50% of all damage dealt to jungle monsters.

W : Portal / Range : 2000 / Costs 50 energy / Cooldown : 30/26/22/18/14(Only starts counting once the portal fades away) Lyudea opens a portal in the targetted location, lingering for 5 seconds. While turned on, Lyudea mimics her own abilities through the portal. This portal does not provide vision and can be killed by using basic hits (2/2.5/3/3.5/4 hits needed).

Enemies hit by abilities sent through the portal are siphoned of their own energy, recharging Lyudea's own energy by 5 per enemy hit.

Lyudea's Q can be stacked through the portal, doing double damage if it hits the same target.

E : Electric pulse / Range : Self cast / Costs 30 energy / Cooldown : 10 seconds(Only starts counting once the effect is gone) Lyudea sends an electric pulse through her body, draining energy and amplfying all of her abilities for the next 5 seconds.

Q : Slows all targets hit by 2 seconds for 15/25/35/45/55% and heals Lyudea for 2/4/6/8/10% of her missing hp per champion hit (Max 3). W : Portal discharges a huge energy blast at his location after 2 seconds, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+1 total ad)(+10% bonus hp) physical damage. Portal will give a signal when discharging. ( Range, 300 units around the portal ) R : Increases damage per pulse wave by 10/15/20/25/30%

R : Interdimensional Travelling / Range : 800 / Missile speed : 1900 / Costs 50 energy / Cooldown : 210/180/150 Lyudea throws a projectile on the targetted location, stopping on the first enemy champion hit. If nothing is hit, it'll linger on the ground for 10 seconds, allowing Lyudea to pick it up and refund 50 energy. (Important Note, Portal will also send a projectile but only one champion can be teleported, it prioritizes Lyudea's projectile over the Portal's one. Lyudea can pick both projectiles if missed for a total of 100 energy refunded)

If an enemy champion is hit, both Lyudea and that champion are teleported into a different dimension for 10 seconds that resembles the Summoners' Rift (It'll have the same map and jungle, just a little darker). (IMPORTANT NOTE : While in this map, both Lyudea and the enemy champion can see their own team but their own team cannot see them.)

While in this alternative dimension, Lyudea roots herself in place, preparing herself to send 5 pulse waves forward (Similarly to Jhin's ulti). The enemy champion is incapacitated and cannot use offensive abilities, only being able to dash, blink and/or shield himself.

Lyudea's pulse waves have infinite range, has a width of 100 and travels at 1400 units per second, dealing 25/50/75/100 (+1 total ad)(+2.5% of bonus hp) per shot. If Lyudea hits 3 pulse waves, she will discharge the enemy, stunning him for 1/1.5/2 seconds once this effect ends. If Lyudea hits all pulse waves, she will receive a refund to all energy she spent.
