Just wanna put it out there, anyone like the idea of sticking the super macho riven, in as frilly a skirt as possible? Like Star Guardian Riven, super magical girl. All her skins are manly ish so i think a frilly one would be a great contrast

Meh, I'm not really opposed to the idea. But it doesn't really fit her character. She is an orphan who worked her entire life to be a warrior. And in most cases warriors don't really wear skirts as it impedes their movement. Specifically warriors engaged on hand to hand combat where speed and fluidity is needed.
I don't really see her as a skirt wearing type of girl.
If anything give her the misaka treatment of wearing wide gym shorts underneath her skirt.
I don't think of Riven as manly. I mean she has short hair and is a little tomboyish but then you see Battlebunny or Dawnbringer Riven which are both quite feminine (one of which being literally a stripper).
So while I think a feminine Riven could be interesting, its not like we should go out of our way to stick it onto whatever skin she gets next.
Star Guardian Riven... I hope you'd give her spats rather than panties, otherwise I might spend RP for the first time in my life.
I don't know, I'm not a Riven guy but she's always felt like a skin-tight booty shorts type to me.
