I know that skarner recently got buffed slightly in his numbers, but all i'm asking for is something that's become common on every other champion that has a cooldown between mark usage. Like the Udyr stun, the yasuo dash. All i'm asking for is an indicator so that we can tell when he can stun the enemy/start putting stacks on them again

And maybe buff the stun a little bit. Its one of the shortest stun in the game and requires a lot of set up to land it, and even when it did it just mostly an interupt

He isn't that strong right now (decent, but not great), and this would just be a really nice little perk for Skarner players.

Would definitely be helpful. The only other change I would make is just making the e go a tiny bit faster. The projectile just feels a bit too slow and makes it a bit harder to land.

I've thinking about this for a long time and I don't even know why it's been so long until somebody said it.
Totally needed and it isn't even fair to him to not have it yet (because other champions do).
Certainly wouldn't hurt but honestly theres not a huge benefit since you spam the skills anyway.
Seems reasonable enough.
