So, to be clear, I do think this skin is very nice. However, it has something very silly about it. It has no visual effects to his spells. As an 1820 skin, this is unforgivable. The price tag on this skin tells players that it is supposed to have visual effects on each ability. I understand how low priority this would be on Riot's list of things to do, but give us what we pay for.
This post has been made before. Unfortunately, I don't think Riot has any plans to change this.

The reason for that is that when the skin was made,it was of legendary quality.
It is actually very likely that when they'll give 
a visual update,they'll update the skin to the current standards of legendary skins.
