[Champion Concept] Lorrein the Seer
Overview
- Lorrein is a ranged support/utility mage with a vision; specifically, map vision. Her kit is designed to constantly expose the enemy, revealing their location at all possible times. This, of course, comes with the price of having almost no damage output and very little survivability. She would fit best in split push comps, as she cannot contribute too much to teamfights, but excels at catching her enemies for being out of position.
Abilities

Passive: Perceive the Hidden - (passive) Lorrein reveals stealthed traps and wards (within 300 units of herself) passively. She gains (level) AP whenever she kills a trap or ward. ((not sure if there should be a hard cap, or a value system like Thresh, but unless the enemy is very bad at warding and there isn't a Teemo or Shaco in the game, then I don't think this passive will be too useful))

Q: Planetwist - (65/75/90/100/110) mana, 16 second cooldown - Creates an aura (300 units) around Lorrein that lasts 2 seconds and grants spell immunity ((originally going to be 100% tenacity, but I mean there isn't a difference)) to allied champions that are in the aura for (2/3/4/5/6) seconds.

W: Foresight - (35/35/35/35/35) mana, 25 second cooldown - Grants true sight in a (600/700/800/900/1000 unit) circle centered around Lorrein for 1 second. All enemy champions not revealed during the duration are revealed after the vision ends as untargetable pale shapes ((ghoooooosts)) that do not grant sight for 2 seconds.

E: Dowse - (passive) - Whenever Lorrein attacks a enemy, they recieve a mark that lasts 10 seconds (There can only be one marked enemy unit at a time). Every 4th basic attack Lorrein makes against any enemy unit triggers the mark, dealing (10/20/30/40/50)(+70% AP) magic damage, revealing the unit and granting sight (300 unit radius) around the unit for 5 seconds. Enemy champions that are revealed also grant sight (300 unit radius) around the enemy champion for 5 seconds. (active) (50/50/50/50/50) mana, 5 second cooldown - Places a Dowsing Eye that lasts 25 seconds with 1 health, and grants sight (400 units). ((In theory, you could have permavision if two enemy champs stayed within 300 units of each other))

R: God's Hand - (100/125/150) mana, (120/90/60) second cooldown - Lorrein pushes all allied units within 600 units of herself away (in a circle) and summons a heavenly fist to smash her enemies from above (600 units), dealing (200/300/400)(+20% AP) magic damage and stunning them for (1/1.5/2) seconds. ((think Janna ult + Sej ult))
So what do you guys think? I came up with a bunch of really bad puns for her quotes, but I won't bother posting them if you guys think it's a terrible idea.
