Item Concept: Xeltor's Magnificence

Xeltor's Magnificence is a pure defensive/health stat item aimed to combat magic related champions.

The item build is as follows:

item 3211 + item 1057 + item 3801 = 2,570 gold as combined cost + 330 gold to complete the item = 2,900 gold total.

Stats)

  • 450 Health
  • 65 Magic Resist
  • 50% Base Health Regen

**UNIQUE **Passive - Magnify: Whenever an enemy champion is within 600 units of you, gain bonus magic resist based on the highest amount of ability power the nearest enemy champion to you has. Every 100 increments of ability power up to a maximum of 400 grants 3.8 magic resist (maximum of 15.2 magic resist).

Edit: The item prioritizes the enemy with the highest amount of ability power near you (as a reminder).

Magnify sounds like something that would INCREASE damage. Mitigate is lessening. But that's me being nitpicky. It's a decent concept overall, but I feel like it's a bit weak. Mainly because most mages are not going to be within 500 units of you, and the few who would be are generally assassins that will simply choose a different target to burst down if you have this item, and save you for dessert. May be better increasing the range to 600 units, which will cover most mages that aren't just artillery striking you, and still gives the mages time to get out of that 600 unit range before their spells technically hit you, which would mean you can still potentially take full damage from them if they're smart and play a more in-and-out style.
