Too many chests, not enough keys. @ANYRIOTER Please help! I don't understand why.. ;-;

So, I have 26 chests and zero keys which really sucks, a lot. I have no key fragments and rarely get them once a week.

As you can tell, literally no key fragments.

No complete keys either.

Despite Rank four honor with one advancement.

Just why do I have no key fragments despite having so many chests! This is so unfair! D: I grinded so hard and get no compensation for having so many chests stockpiled. I only ever complete a key once every two weeks and it's just so unfair to me. How do you expect me to unlock every chest if I can never lay my hands on key fragments... >_<

Please someone from the Client team or something help me. I'm actually really depressed about this...

The randomly awarded key fragments come from quantity of games (regardless of honours), with diminishing returns over the course of a month to a max of 12 'random' fragment drops.

You can get additional bonus ones on top of that potential 12 from honour checkpoints (so get honoured a lot).

In theory someone who plays with honour 24/7 would end up with an excess of keys as a result, it's just most people don't actually get all 12 fragments possible per month since that takes a lot of games, and if they're consistently getting their S chests they'll slowly build up a chest backlog.

Usually I get two or three key frags in every 10-15 days, but this week I haven't got any. Not sure if its bugged or what.
