He'll be 750 RP. We don't announce release dates in advance, but he'll be out later this patch. :]

Since Lux was just released this week I would assume the Card theme skins will be released next week!

I like the skin, but we need a legendary one this skin is cool and all, but the effects and movements are all the same as they have been for years. The only real good new change to shaco is the Masked shaco with a new dance and effects. I'd like a real legendary shaco with new everything.
