Bloodlust masterie TO OP!

Please nerf i love the idea of it but right now its to op if you could nerf it that would be great. yasuo its insanely good with. also adc its insanely good with since you can basically get 100% crit chance with the new item changes and how the crit chance is increased on like all the items.
