DeMargo -_ The Guardian_

Lore: "Some people sit and cry when they see a loved one die, but its the courage to fix whats wrong in the world that avenges the death."

As a child, Ananda DeMargo lived happily in a small village in Ionia. However, her perfect childhood was stained as she watched in extreme fear as her parents were stabbed to death. She didn't know why at the time, and it took her years to find out that Noxian soldiers ran through and trashed her village, and took her parents lives with them. In the following years, she lived in an orphanage with no friends except a girl named Sona Buvelle, who couldn't help but listen to Ananda's rambling. Ananda was eventually adopted by a Piltoverian family, who taught her the importance of education. She attended the Yordle Academy of Science & Progress when the incident happened. She wondered off into the bowels of the campus. In the darkness, she tripped and bottles of pure magic spilled upon her. She screamed for help and as she was found, she discovered she was imbued with incredible powers. She decided to use her intense magic powers to protect others. She joined the League of Legends with the intent to protect and if necessary, punish those who cross the line.

Abilities: Passive: Guardian's Creed Mercy - Upon death, DeMargo will reduce ally respawn timers by 50%/60%/80% (at levels 1-6,11. and 16) Battlelust - Champion deaths will yield only 70% the usual reward to the enemy team.

Q: Hextech Beam/Pistol Hextech Beam: Right clicking an enemy unit will attach a beam to them, dealing 30/45/50/70/90(+20% AP) plus 3% of a targets current health as magic damage every 0.45 seconds. If the beam remains attached after 3 seconds, the enemy is crippled, slowed for 15% of their movement speed. The beam will consume 25 mana every second the beam is connected. The beam will be broken if either DeMargo or the enemy unit move too far away from each other. DeMargo is able to move while the beam is in place.

Hextech Pistol: A short ranged pistol that deals 100% of her AD as physical damage. If DeMargo lands 3 consecutive basic attacks, the target is crippled.

W: Forgo Upon activation, DeMargo will sacrifice 15% of her movement speed and 20 armor/magic resist for 2 seconds and will grant (20%,30%,40%,60%) movement speed and (10/15/20/25/30) armor and magic resist to an ally for (1.5/2/3/5/8) seconds.

E: Sedate DeMargo throws a dart which will sedate an enemy champion for (1/1.5/2/2.5/3) seconds. While sedated, the target is immune to CC and will wake up if it takes damage.

R: Exchange Life DeMargo will swap health bars with an ally's for (2/3/4) seconds. The target will only get 70% of any bonus resistances DeMargo has (from runes, items and masteries).

Skins: Classic DeMargo: Bright purple hair, white suit and glowing blue magic running around her body. Hextech DeMargo: Floating upon hextech magic. Orange/blonde hair, goggles, and futuristic particles (think Hextech Annie)

I have mixed feeling about her kit.

Firstly, her passive seems bad to me. Reducing ally respawn timers upon her death would encourage players to sacrifice themselves, which isn't really a fun way to play. Secondly, having the global 70% reduced rewards upon enemy kills would be frustrating to play against and would basically prevent any sort of snowballing for the enemy team unless it's a really hard stomp.

Secondly, her Q is kinda bland. The slow is kinda meh, but I guess it would be pretty useful if you could stay in range. It reminds me alot of Karma and Morgana's tethers, which are much better, but this seems like a more useful skill over time, even while being frustrating to play against

The rest of her basic kit is nice. Her W and E would work really well together, you could W an ally while E'ing the pursuing enemy. Speaking of her E, this is one of the most unique abilites I've seen. It's got a nice time on it if you max it, so you can easily position yourselves for a guaranteed kill, if used right. This could have many uses, and it's actually one that I'd like to see on a champion one day.

Her ult is too troll though. Imagine your ADC has full health and trying to trade with the enemy while you're sitting behind with 10% of your HP. Your ADC goes in, you ult your ADC, the ADC dies while you have their health, you flash your mastery and walk away. Seriously though, it would be quite useful in many situations, but I don't think Riot's a big fan of the sacrifice mechanic in the game, since it takes the fun away from the person being sacrificed.

All in all, it could use some work but I like the idea. 6.5/10
