LoL Champion Concept: Soujin the Stoned Prisoner

Passive: Slingshot Soujin can only shoot 5 pebbles at a time before scratching the ground to get more pebbles. It take '' 1.5 seconds to reload. If Soujin is reloading while near a small wall, you can right click to hop over the small wall.

Q: Rock Toss Using her Slingshot, Soujin tosses a pebble in a target location. If the pebble kills the unit it first collided with, the stone will pierce the target (s) behind it, dealing 20% bonus damage. (6/5.75/4/3.5/2.75 second cooldown)

W: Stonehenge Passive: Whenever Soujin kills a minion with her basic attacks, she gains a stack of stonehenge. (Up to 5 stacks.)

Active: Activation Stonehenge will fire all stacks equipped at the moment in one basic attack, dealing bonus damage. (killing a minion with the active of stonehenge will reset the passive, granting Soujin one stack.) (7/6.5/5.75/4/3.25 second cooldown)

E: Pebble Cracker Soujin throws a stone firecracker at a target location. After a short delay, the pebble will hit the ground, slowing enemy units 20% for 2 seconds. (if allies walk through the firecracker, they receive a speed buff of 25% for the same duration.) (13/11/9/7/5 second cooldown)

R: Slingshot Rock Barrage Passive: Soujin (gains 10%/15%/20%) bonus movement speed. Active: Activating your ultimate allows Soujin to take out 4 slingshots and fire them at rapid speed. Every slingshot fires at the same time and fires 15 stones each in one direction. (60 stones shot) (120/112/78 second cooldown) NOTE: Even though Soujin cannot use her passive in her ultimate form, she can still move freely but gains (10%/20%/30%) bonus armor and magic resist. NOTE: No matter how skilled up the Slingshot Rock Barrage is, Soujin will always fire 10 stones per second. Meaning that the ultimate will always last 6 seconds.

Why is she made out of stone? She is one of the victims caught by Cassiopeia Cassiopeia and her stone vision.

its actually very well balanaced based on some of the stuff i see on here ability concept wise but thematically you might want to make sure she and her abilities dont look anything like tahliyahs or else the character might get scraped also how does her ult work, does it :fire one rock out one side and the go to the next one clockwise so that they shoot in a spiral or :they all shoot at the same time because the first one would need some serious stone rapid fire and if it is the second one the length of the ult might have to be to be adjusted since ten stones wont come out evenly in one second but all in all i like the concept [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
