LoL Lore Phone App

Whenever I have access to my computer I am mostly interested in simply playing League. I am interested in the champion lore, but I would prefer to be able to read it while I'm out and about bored and not able to have access to my computer. Seems like it would be an easy app with app making knowledge to make. I am surprised that this does not already exist. Somebody help a lazy man out and make a phone app that updates with each new champion and includes all the lore. Make it a free app also because I am a cheap bad word...
