Bug Splat After Champ Select Latest Windows 10 Latest 390x AMD Graphics Driver

Both 390x AMD graphics card and Windows 10 released newest version updates. After I installed both I can't get past champ select without a bug splat. Before the update I was getting kicked out of every other game once I finished a game with no bug splat and no lobby. So far I tried the repair function on login screen with no success and I deleted the game configuration file with no success. I had a previous problem getting the game to run at a healthy resolution that displayed properly before and I had to delete the game config file so it would generate a new one with the default resolution. Several other people are having issues with the windows 10 update. Anybody fix the issue yet?

Note: Game was set to defaultly run as adminstrator

Note: Tried running the game normal. Removed the auto run as admin. Tried manually running the game as Admin. None of these steps worked.

Note: tried windows compatibility modes. none worked...

Note: turned off windows defender since i think update messed up some of the settings...still getting bug splat...

I give up. RIP league. Gonna go do something else.

Your first mistake was getting an AMD Graphics Card (this statement feels fairly obligatory as someone who is running a GTX 1080). Your second was doing a major windows update on release.

I also have this same issue. Happened just after I let Windows 10 Update. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 is my graphics card. Nothing was wrong with league previous to this Windows update. I've submitted some Bug Splats, I'm disabled my firewall and tested - still nothing. Same issue.
