New Champion Idea

Hello everyone ! I want to show my new champion idea and i want to know ur opinion about it ! ( Windy ) : The little white Winged Passive : every 45 sec. Windy earns movement speed for 3.5 sec. Q ( way of clouds ) : Windy throws away all targets in her area with her Wind dealing some magic power on enemies.can blind enemy if he got Straight hit . W ( Fast Flight ) : windy increases ally's movement speed and gives him a sheild for 3 sec. E ( White Wings ) : windy can restore 10% of allies health R ( Birds Call ) : windy transform her self to a huge bird which can carry an ally with her then fly to anywhere in the map ... Ult standing for 20 sec. ...cool down 120 sec.

This is my champion Windy Primary : Support Sec : Mage Attack Damage : -------- 3/10 Health : ----------------- 5/10 Ability Power : ------------------------- 8/10 Difficulty : ----------------------- 7/10 ................. Give me ur opinion pls .. sorry for English Mistakes !
