pro ! at the first Katarina And Talon were a Friends then Katarina loved talon and married him. They are not brother and sister ...they are husband and wife ! the movie explained all characters story....I will post other champions and their wives and parents and son....etc. Don't Worry ! pro ☺^_^

First: what the hell do you mean "pro"?

Second: there is no canon League of Legends movie. In fact, we only have 3 canon relationships from the lore: Ashe and Tryndamere, Lucian and Senna, and Gangplank and Illaoi (formally)

Yeah, I know what the word means. What I was asking is what do you mean by saying you're pro?

That is a fan made project with no affiliation with Riot Games at all.

And those are not the same thing as relationships. Most of those are allies, not necessarily friends. And even if they are all friends, that still doesn't show anything.
