Playing games is the only way to earn IP. You'll get more if you win so focus on gameplay.
Get to ranked and u get more ip per game, thats only way
Playing Ezreal gives you a +7 IP bonus per game.
Winning gives more than losing. Normal pvp gives more than blind pick. Blind pick gives more than co-op vs AI. Intermediate bots give more than beginner bots.
I'd probably avoid ranked until you have a good grasp on how to play the game. I hear you can get stuck in bronze forever even if you're better than your allies-- if the forums speak the truth that is.
