QOL to Final Boss Veigar

Hoping to get some rito attention with this.

Can Final Boss Veigar's joke please be altered a tad so he stays in 2D form until issuing a command.

Basically making his joke just like all of ekko's taunts where it does the initial animation and then stays in that form until another command is issued.

I believe that it will make the skin a lot more fun to play around with and gives the skin more of that video game feel to it. Also adds mad disrespect to opponent to just lay there while they are busy trying to catch up in farm, watch hopelessly as they wait for baby cage to go down, or while gray screened watch as my minions destroy their turret after I just outplayed them with my #skillz.
