I want this. I genuinely, GENUINELY want this.
Two reasons: 1: The stereotypically toxic Riven and Yasuo players will have to become nice people if they want them. And they definitely want them. 2: You get to tell the Yasuo and Riven players who actually stray from the stereotypical behaviour apart from the ones who don't.
(Note: I've made some edits to the post because it was apparently confusingly contradictive.)
And you can lord it over them the first time the stereotypes appear in chat or pings.

Riven and Yas mains will have more trouble getting these than 10 gemstones

Well, the initial teaser was bound to the missions so, it will be mission exclusive instead. Making skins Honor exclusive in a game where the community doesn't honor is a bad idea. And no, the new honor system doesn't mean shit, you don't have to honor anyone. You can choose not to honor, anyone, ever. So, it's inherently wrong.
You can't bring responsibility and maturity based decisions in an immature and irresponsible community. And the biggest factor is, Age. Why? The majority of the playerbase is below 16 years of age, and at that age, you are basicaly addressing kids. Kids won't bother with honoring at all. I would like to be proven wrong but i doubt it.
