Transferring Skins to a new account and more.....

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. Now, what I propse is a new transfer function for skins, for other accounts. I know most are thinking why go through with this? Well, for those who want to approach league in a whole new light, but don't want to lose their nostalgic trophies of war in the process. Here's the linguistics of the scenario.

An account has to have a life span of two weeks or more, for it to be eligible. It'd have to be in the same region that the previous account was registered. The price would be $50, €43.74,£32.85 and could potentially become $100, €87.50, £65.71. The more pricey one is for those who have accumulated a plethora of skins. The cheaper one would be roughly 20-30 skins.

Some are wondering where would your previous runes go? Well, they would be turned into Ip for your next account, so you'll be better prepared for once you achieve lv30, and are ready for ranked games, or enjoyable, but intense normal games. As far as rune pages, well with all the Ip you get from your previous runes, and from leveling up, you should be able to buy a rune page or two in the process.

Your previous username would become permanently retired, and won't be able to be used again, which is needed to stun any confusion. This feature would only be granted once, so choose wisely on which account you want to begin with. Now, if Riot wants to implement this function to those who aren't toxic, well all that says is, stay positive and don't make the naughty list.

Once you're on your new account and are queuing up, newly installed League gamers may come across your skins, and will become enticed, and it will generate more traffic to want to purchase said skins. As well as having the experienced players give more insight to the newcomers, while they venture on. Here are the Pros:

Here are the cons:

.Two week new account life span .Losing your previous username for good .Only being granted to do this once per account .Possibility of it being denied to toxic players .Losing rune pages

The cons are need to balance out this proposal. If this comes into fruition, I'd be thoroughly happy, and I'm sure others wouldn't mind delving into this, and old faces may comeback, just to comeback and swing on the diamond grass playland again.
