Won my ranked game, it was counted as a loss in my promos

My match history is count my last game as a victory, but my promos is counting it as a loss?

That's because you were counted as a leaver. Leaves are losses even if your team won.

Being gone for 25 minutes and your team winning without you is not going to get you promoted.

I was gone for 5 minutes tops because my computer kept shutting off, and then I cameback in, and then it did it right as they won. And if it was a leave, then why am I getting the victory, and not a leave?

5 minutes tops? No items bought for 27, so I don't believe you. And I don't know why it's marked as a win in your match history, but op.gg caught it. If you were counted as a win then you'd have it marked in your promos.

The most would have to be like 10 at best. My computer kept shutting down left and right. Why would I afk or leave when I was getting draven fed? You need to ask yourself that.
