Won my ranked game, it was counted as a loss in my promos
My match history is count my last game as a victory, but my promos is counting it as a loss?

That's because you were counted as a leaver. Leaves are losses even if your team won.

Being gone for 25 minutes and your team winning without you is not going to get you promoted.
