Patch 5.4 kept me crashing and it got worse

So 5.4 would have me randomly crash during combat. I could see everyone move just fine, but I'd be stuck. During a normal game, I decided to leave, and uninstall the game. I re-installed the game. Came back, now I'm chat restricted for a lot of games, got low que priority and I'm draft banned. This is so unfair. If it's your fault, why should I be punished for it?
