Why isn't pool party Zac a thing?
I've been wanting there to be a new zac skin for awhile now, because i feel the secret weapon zac is a poorly made skin. zac has been out for over a year now and still no new skin. Same for jinx.

It is a really cool idea that has support from a large majority of people who realize Zac needs a skin. Riot just hasn't made it because few people play Zac and won't get much money from it.
