Why im finally uninstalling one of my favorite games.

I have been playing this game since late Season 3 and have enjoyed it for most of my time invested into it. The reason I'm finally done playing is because the Normal Draft is literally unplayable. I have posted in the past about how absolutely dreadful this games Normal Match Making System is in the past but at this point its render the game virtually unplayable for me and my friends. I play with 4 other friends and our highest rank is G2 when i want to play my off roles and try to have fun with this game we without fail always play against High Plats and Diamond Players. Out of my last 11 games 7 of them had Diamond Players on the enemy team when we didn't and all but 1 was there at least 1 plat/d player. When i want to try top Gnar for change i don't want to play against D4 top main who makes my game absolutely miserable. When the game makes changes to its Match Making for Normals ill come back but until then ill just stick with DoTA.

I've had literal Bronze players in Diamond+ ranked games, not even like smurfs or anything, just actual Bronze accounts, who go like 0/12 because they are way out of their depth. It's kinda rare but it has happened many many many times that I've noticed in the past years. I don't really look at rankings of teammates that often so I'm sure many have eluded me. Random golds with average winrates happen quite often as well, and P4s are relatively common as well.

Then of course there was that time I was like D3 94 LP, and I got autofilled and placed in a Masters game. ????????????????????????? I was basically the Bronze player that game LOL. What is wrong with the matchmaking system that it can even justify this? The best part was that I was autofilled lol. Like as if it wasn't bad enough.

So yeah its not just normals. Really sad tbh

I say this all the time and take a lot of shit for it but i still stand by what i say.

The game is rigged, there has to be a certain amount of players in each rank to make it look like climbing is possible.

Certain players will rank up easily and then it goes to their head and they assume a superiority stance on everyone and claim its easy and you just need to adjust your mentality, no because they're playing with better players they dont understand what its actually like.

you have to maintain a 50-57% winrrate. If you notice you go above that win rate start paying attention to the quality of games..

You will notice you start being matched with lower elos, people on loosing streaks, people who are trolling there is an algorhythm in place to make sure you lose, not because you deserved to, but because you have to. Because if people who are bad lose constantly, they won't buy skins and they won't play anymore because no one likes loosing.

Each game is a coin flip, there is no solo carrying anymore, that disappeared in season 4, you will notice in season 9 you will win some, lose some, win some lose some.

Once you realize this you stop tilting and your frustration disappears, its pointless to get annoyed at something designed make you lose.

if you queue up as 5 you are going to play against better opponents.

The matchmakings for normal and ranked are the exact same. They just have separate MMRs.
