why is Riots match making trash

I suggested this game to my buddy and he sends me this. A Level 22 vs 2 Diamond players. just completely ruins the game experience. Ive posted about this in the past and still hasnt gotten any better.

i don't think it is that bad also there are tons of hard stuck plats this season making new accounts due to frustration and anger as alot of us have accounts that start in silver instead of low plat or high gold hence you have to climb through mid silver to lower plat which is extremely tilting and mentally taxing compared to starting in low plat or high gold ill be quite honest having hit peak at p3 last season as an adc with 54% wr pre ban if i get matched against a diamond ill rather have a bronze or silver than gold ad assasin as they are useless and reset their gold to feed gold mostly optimally while taking your kills going normally 3/8/1 i coined this phrase "max feeding capacity"
that was happens when there is not enough players at hours your buddy is playing + rito forces as short queue time as possible + there is very little new players solution is to play at busy hours when more kids play if possible
