W: Spinning Dash: Skipper spins while dashing forward in a straight line, dealing damage to all enemies he passes through

E: Swift Bite: Skipper's next basic attack causes him to bite the enemy for physical damage

R: SMACK!: Skipper somersaults over to a target location and lands on his tail causing an AOE explosion slowing all targets inside.
