James, The Bilgewater Merc
Passive: Ammunition: James uses Ammunition instead of mana. Every weapon has an ammo bar in the place where the mana bar usually goes. When the bar is depleted, you have to reload (like Graves or Jhin). Some abilities also use ammo.
Q: Combat Rifle: Piercing bullet: James shoots one bullet in a straight line that hits 2 targets.The first target takes 50/60/70/80/100 (+20%of AD) and the bullet goes through him and hits one more target delaing 30/40/50/60/70 (+10%AD). 1 Ammunition to use this ability
Shotgun: Spreadshot: James fires a powerful shotgun shell dealing 50/80/110/130/150 (+20%AD) in a cone in front of him. 2 Ammunition for this ability
Pistol:Roll: James rolls in target direction. No damage is dealt and no ammunition is needed.
Cutlass: Slash: James slashes at a target dealing 50/100/150/200/250(+30%AD)
W:Grenade Throw: James throws a grenade to a choice area within range dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+50%AD) This ability never changes. No ammunition cost, James builds up charges of this over time. 3 charges max, 1 charge consumed when the ability is used.
E: Combat Rifle: Throwing Knife: James Throws a knife in a straight line in front of him dealing 50/70/90/120/130 (+30% AD) on the first target hit
Shotgun: Slugs: James changes his ammunition from Shells to Slugs. Slugs give him bonus range and damage, his damage is increased by 10/15/20/25/30
Pistol: Dual Wield: James pulls out a second pistol increasing attack speed but lowering damage. Bonus attack speed: 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% Damage loss: 20
Cutlass: Dash: James dashes Forward dealing damage to enemies that he passes through. Damage dealt: 50/60/70/80/90(+40% of AD
R:Weapon Swap:
Combat Rifle: Normal Marksman range, 3 ammo for basic attacks.(weapon fires in three round burst, has 21 ammo) Reload procs after 7 basic attacks
Shotgun: Short range 1 ammo for every basic attack.(has 6 ammo). Shotgun fires in a cone. No knockback, just damages enemies in a cone for 25% of your basic attack damage. Toggling shells removes this effect. Basic attacks with this weapon apply a slow of 5% for 3 seconds, stacks up to 2 times (10% for 3 seconds.) Basic attacks with ONLY this weapon will continue to keep the effect going, but 10% is all the reduction you get. Reload procs after 6 basic attacks
Pistol:Medium range, 1 ammo every basic attack(has 8 ammo). Basic attacks with this weapon reduce armor by 2 for 1 second, stacks up to 10 times (maximum 20 armor reduction for 1 seconds). Only basic attacks with this weapon will continue to maintain the armro reduction, switching to a different weapon and attacking with it, will not continue it's duration. Reload procs after 8 basic attacks
Combat Knife: Melee range, no ammo, and no Reload. James gains movement speed while the cutlass is equipped and 10% critical strike chance.
James starts the match with his Combat Rifle all the time. His ultimate is available to get at level 1. His R Swap works like this: Press R and a popup on the bottom shows up. The popup is numbered 1 through 4 and has the icons for the different weapons. Press the number you want to select that weapon. This ability is not meant to be used in the middle of combat, it is meant to choose a weapon before you enter combat.
James is a...classic pirate design. He's got a trenchcoat and a black bandana wrapped around his head. He's got a REALLY thick beard (and he has a CIGAR, hopefully Riot will permit him to keep it :P) He's got an eyepatch over his left eye. All his weapons have an antique piratey look-check out the bilgewater skins, sort of how bilgewater grave's shotgun is.. His combat rifle has three barrels, set up in a rotary fashion, like a mini-minigun. His shotgun has a metal hammerhead shark head built around the wooden frame, so the shotgun blast emerges from a hammerhead shark head. It even has a dorsal fin along the top, and small fins sticking down underneath the weapon. His pistol looks like Jhin's minus the the stock and it's cast in wood. His cutlass doesn't really need explaining.
PLEASE give me feedback. This guy is a TOTAL rework(think Sion or Urgot level of rework)of a character I made a while back. I hope like this :D
