Description: Ella is a 18 year old human with blue eyes she has long arms.She is about 5.9 feet tall she has a small nose,her hair is a black color and goes all the way to her chest,she wears a small dress that goes to her thigh,she also wear brown boots that almost goes to her knees.She has a vintage time watch attached to to her belt on her leg also with some knives she has a silver ring on her finger with a ruby.

Passive Time Watch Steal Time:When Ella hits a enemy with her ability's or auto attack 5 times she steals their time taking away 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70 movement speed. And giving it to her.(I might change this to make it a bit more special!)

W Time watch:Future:Ella sees into the future any attack that hits her is completely nullified and she freezes time and places a knives all around the target and teleports behind them dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+60% bonus ability power) Mana cost: 60/80/100/120/140 Cooldown: 28/26/24/22/20 This actually has some counter play you can't use this if your really low and a Ashe ult's you if you use this YOU WILL teleport behind her and most likely die (Unless you use a really fun tatic) especially when you being chased at low hp and you use this when your getting hit your just going to go back into them and die.

E Scarlet blades: is a Point blank area of effect ability that deals 100/120/140/160/180 (+ 65% bonus ability power) to anyone near it it's like Sion shield Ella places on the ground at her feet,and it stacks 2 times like Vel'koz w. (^Ultimate^) R Ella World: Ella completely stops time everyone besides Ella is frozen while in this Ella moves 50% faster,all of ability's and auto attacks are stopped before they hit the enemy target,this ability last for 5 seconds after it ends all of Ella attack and ability's hit their target.(Fun fact: This actually makes the timer stop in game :P) (Side note:This might seem op however Ella completely stops time that means if she is rooted/snare/ect the duration of the spell doesn't still last,like j4 ult so this isn't a get out of jail card unless you have great map awareness.since this is a long cooldown you don't want to be wasting it!)

^Lore^ Ella was just a normal girl from Demacia no one really talked to her she only had some friends who where Lux,Janna,Garen,Kayle and Sona Then she figured out she had a special gift to control time.After she grew older her power over time grew stronger she could now fast forward time,slow it down,and completely stop time.

The Demacian military took notice of Ella special power they recruited her to join the battle.Her special gift could also go to extreme extent and reverse a person time,she could make them turn back into a child remove any wound just by reversing it's time before it got hit.And completely reverse a person death however this is only a emergency ability,when she did this once on the battlefield her power over time was greatly damage.

As her power over time was damaged she couldn't go on the battlefield anymore,so the Demacian government trained her to be a assassin.She was very skilled in throwing knives and blades some people say "She could hit bird eye from a mile away." To test this myth she did it herself and succeed on her first try.She also has deadly accuracy

Ella went on many missions assassinating Noxus officers.In'till she got this one mission to assassinate Katarina.She arrived at Katarina camp she froze time to get past the guards around the area,soon Ella found Katarina she held some Demacian officers captive."Oh which one of your to kill first?" Katarina coldy said. It

was dark out the moonlight was the only beacon of light shooting down its beautiful rays of moonlight acting like a spotlight.The grass on ground moving left and right almost looking like its dancing the wind blowing Katarina hair moving it to the left as it sings a soothing song as the leaves soar the sky dancing to the winds song.

Katarina then throws one of her daggers at a Demacian officer Cling I quickly froze time and stop her dagger."Oh I see we have a new face here,you won't stand a change against me!" "I see someone has self esteem but don't doubt me when we didn't even start yet!" I yell out.We both dash to each other,our blades clashing Swoosh CLANK. She almost got direct hit on me but I quickly back dashed before she could hit me."My aren't you a fast one."She again does a mad dash towards me I got ready,but she vanish."What?" then I felt someone kick me in the back,I yell in pain as I get slammed into the ground hard."I bet you didn't see that coming didn't you?" I get back up,she vanishes again,but this time I knew where she was going to attack.I quickly block her attack.

She then does it again and again and I keep blocking."Play time is over." Katarina then throws a rapid fire of daggers at me I quickly slow down her time and throw back knives to counter her daggers. Katarina vanishes and teleports behind me and sends another rapid fire of daggers at me,I speed up my time to dodge most of them.But her daggers still cut both of my arms and one of my leg."Eha! ouch,okay I had enough." I said looking back at Katarina.I summon five blades and send them flying towards Katarina."Oh please don't be a child." "I'M NOT A CHILD!"

She quickly dodges them but gets cut in her arm by one of the blades."Ahh!You..." Katarina throws one dagger at me the vanishes behind me and spins her dagger cutting my back multiple times then the dagger she threw earlier hit me in my arm "Eyaaaahag.Hey that really hurt you meany!!" The grass turning red from the blood.She scream out "Death LOUTS!" I quickly freeze time "Okay I better do this quick." I pull out the blade while screaming in pain.I soon put my hand over the wound and reverse time in that area.The wound starts to clear.

Time flows again as Katarina sends a ultra rapid fire of daggers at me (R.I.P URF) I quickly dodge and counter her daggers.however they where too overwhelming,I take a deep breath "Welcome to my world." I freeze time completely.I then throw out a bunch of knives stopping them before they hit Katarina.I place knives from all directions.I take another deep breath "Time flows again Giggle." Then all the knives go soaring towards Katarina,She gasp."WHAT?" She soon after yells in pain as I get on my knee as my nose is bleeding "I guess you didn't see that coming,You didn't have enough TIME! laugh".I whisper in my head "Shoot I over did it." Katarina and I where both heavily wounded and bruised."That's not very funny." Katarina says looking at me

I quickly run over to the Demacian officers and free them and run them off to safety Katarina stares at me "We shall finish this later." As I freeze time except the Demacian officers. "Quick,hurry!" We rush into a safe place and I resume time I later HACK I cover my mouth,as I looked at my hand there was blood."Are you okay?" One of The Demacian officers ask. "I'm fine,let's go back to Demacia now." I replayed.

As we arrive back home I tell one of the Demacian Generals that I wasn't fit for being a assassin "I'm sorry again I broke our code." I bow down."There must be another way to help out."Then my friend lux told me about the Leauge of Legends.So I decided to join and work by side my fellow Demacians even thought my power is still greatly damaged I will try my best....."FOR DEMACIA"
