Speculo, (new name?) a champion I thought up today. What do you all think?

Speculo is a hybrid assassin that excels at taking down single targets and/or juking out hard-hitting abilities to survive.
"Mirror Clone" Passive Mirrored clones will copy Speculo's basic attacks and will lock onto the specified target, mirroring Speculo's position from the target. Each clone does half damage. Only one target can have clones locked to them. If an ability that creates a clone is casted on another target while clones are active, all clones will disappear. If a clone is further than 1200 units away from the target, the clone will disappear.
"Reflect" Q, costs 50/60/70/80/90 mana, 16/14/12/10/8 second cooldown Magic Damage: 72/84/96/108/120 (+ 18% AP) ACTIVE: Speculo targets an enemy champion within a short distance around him (550 units), blinking to the opposite side of his orientation from the target dealing magic damage on the way, leaving a mirror clone where he casts from for 4 seconds, locking the clone to the target. Speculo can re-cast this ability 1 second after cast within the duration to swap places with his clone.
"Shatter" W, costs 30/45/60/85/100 mana, 6/5/4/3/2 second cooldown Physical Damage: (+ 40/70/100/130/160 * number of clones) (+45% bonus AD) Slow duration: 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 ACTIVE: Speculo shatters all mirror clones, throwing the shards towards into target, dealing physical damage and slowing the target by 20%, the shards then return to Speculo and he gains 1 charge of Broken Glass for each clone shattered. (max 3 charges).
"Broken Glass" E, costs 25/35/45/55/65 mana, 1.5 second cooldown Physical Damage per 1 second: 25/30/35/40/45 (+10% bonus AD) Slow: 34/38/42/46/50% Healing Reduction: 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% PASSIVE: Speculo's basic attacks inflict lacerations for 2.5 seconds. Attacking the same target will refresh the duration, but only one target may have the effect on them at once. ACTIVE: Speculo blankets a small target area (200 units) within 800 units of him with shards of broken glass, and consumes 1 charge of Broken Glass. Enemies moving on top of the area will take damage every second and are slowed. Damage and Slow does not stack if multiple piles are on top of each other.
"Triple Image" Ultimate, costs 100/110/120 mana, 90/75/60 second cooldown Magic Damage: 100/225/350 (+60% AP) ACTIVE: Speculo erases all other mirror clones, blinking to the opposite side of his target dealing magic damage on the way, creating two mirror clones that make a triangle shape around the target lasting for 4 seconds, rotating and growing/shrinking the shape depending on Spelulo's position from the target. Speculo can re-cast this ability twice, targeting any of the clones the ability created, swapping places with them.
