Challange mode

Have a mode where we can 1v1 vs any champion when they're at hell bot level. You can assign prizes for them to the mode or not, but the important thing is it'll give people a chance to practice 1v1ing again champions that they would typically get destroyed by in ranked, to gain a better understand as to how to actually play against them.

The higher the advantage level of the champ you're playing against the better the prizes. So lets say you're going into , you don't get much. But if you're going into you'll get a lot.
