Losing promos because of garbage client

It's one thing to lose a game because of 1 crash, that I understand, but out of the last 6 games 4 have been decided by someone disconnecting or lagging out entirely. My last game the client froze at the loading screen at 100% and I had to reset my entire computer because it wouldn't let me alt tab or ctrl alt delete out. You guys already have a completely unbalanced game and that in itself is bad enough but to lose promos because of your stupid PoS client not working is ridiculous! If you don't know how to make a proper client then hire someone who does, because I rate your current performance at a -9 out of 1-10.

Yep. Crashes along with the extremely annoying loading screens this client has I can't even rate this client a 1 out of 10.

What loading screens you may ask. If any of you remember, the old client was fast. If you clicked on the profile tab, you'd go to the profile tab immediately. No animation, loading screen, or in-between. In a blink of an eye you went from home screen to profile.

With this client when you click profile it takes like ~0.3 seconds to load everything and it literally triggers me so much.

There can't be anyone out there who thinks this client is good seriously though. It's objectively terrible.

Every week is like a slot machine of bugs. Start up a que, the game decides to run the window in 1/4th of my screen and I cant edit any of the options because they're all off the monitor. I tell people in chat theres a vid problem and reset but by the time I get back into the game with everything fixed the enemy is 3 levels head and it's an automatic loss.

i have had a bug constantly the past 6 or 7 games where randomly during the game, it stops all mouse input and runs the game like it is my dekstop. it freezes the ingame cursor and shows my browser cursor and i have to alt-tab to fix it, but when i do that the game tanks my fps down to 25-30 when i usually get 95 -110 fps.

i have died in the middle of trades or have died to enemy jg after a trade bc randomly the game just decides it does not want me to play.

i had minimal issues with the client, but ever since recent patch is just bug after bug after bug and it even spread into the game itself. it is as if riot just does not want anybody to play the game or something.

Just had this shit happen to me with even weirder stuff, It softlocked me, Changed my ENTIRE COMPUTERS SCREEN RESOLUTION TO LITERALLY THE SIZE OF A QUARTER, makes my pc act like it's frying anytime i try to get in game, Can yall please fucking fix this cursed client???? NOT MORE SKINS [sg-shisa]

Imagine losing hours out of your life over this game. Client issues aside, you could always try discussing matchmaking or balance.

Yup. Everything will be going normal and then I go to click a champion to lock in and the lock in button is gray. I can't lock in. No one else has picked that champion and it is not banned. Lmao.

Advice: Keep the game in borderless so you can alt tab and close the game even when it crashes.

The state of the client really is unacceptable right now but at least that helps when it breaks on your end.

Yep the cleint is total shit and we get punished for it in a competitive game.

But its the same as the MMR system. You lose most games because of things completely out of your control.
