Lulu Mini Rework Idea

Hi everyone, so Lulu has been seen to be extremely similar to Janna and I believe she could use more of a small rework on some of her abilities.

  1. Her shield (E) when used on champions could lower their armor by a set amount, either by specific numbers or a percentage. Of course, her shield, ult, or damage from her e would need a small nerf to compensate for it but it could be interesting to see the difference between a good lulu and a bad one from this skill.

  2. Her Q could also lower attack speed. Again, this will need to have some nerfs on other areas of her kit but it could take power away from her shield/ult and make her skills feel more impactful.

I personally think lulu right now is too much about speeding up your adc and letting him kill everything when shielding him and ulting him. These ideas could make her have more skill expression while also making her more unique. Please tell me your thoughts about this :). [sg-lulu]

  1. Yes, I'll take that. Do you get the armor shred or the shield? As the game goes later, the damage means little (for a not full-AP lulu) but armor reduction would. The current state of armor being relatively weak (I think?) makes the change less impactful but it's a good idea.
  2. Yes and No. I like the idea, again because of damage fall off later in the game. But not AS. That would be to powerful botlane and would make the choice of who to aim for binary; the guy with the most AS. This one is double tricky since her Q can hit multiple people. I think just sticking with the slow on Q should be fine and add some interaction for when it's with W to get a really long range Q.

I can see your point on the AS point being too strong in the bot lane (I was actually more worried about it being too impactful at top lane). However, I do think that her q should have more impact other than just damage and a slow.

I'm talking specifically for the long range part, or at a crazy angle So only tack on something else if it's Pix's bolt when he is attached to a champion that is not Lulu Does that sound better?

Yea it sounds rather interesting. Could have some crazy lulu plays with slows going on :). I'm just talking about in general that the Q could have a secondary effect (other than the slow).
