Harrowing gamemode idea :^)
You might be already ugh'ing at the very thought of another zombies game which I can understand, after all it is the second most milked fictional media concept right after military shooters but!!! Hear me out :D
Since this is more of a brainstorm of ideas rather than a finished concept I'd love to hear everyones own ideas ;) but here's what I've come up with
- "Well what do you offer?"
2-3 vs 7-8 starring oooouuurr GHOSTBROS
and
woohoo applause
Against our fave champions smaller applause
(I vaguely remember a rito dev saying that they didn't want any more pure PvE modes, which is fine)
-
"Where are the
zombiesghostsThreshlings?" I'm thinking the threshlings (copyright © by me) would spawn from nexuses and jungle camps. They would have a "follow the mortals" kinda AI, similar to CoDZombies (which I adore), and could be influenced by the Ghostbros woohoo They would spawns like cockroaches in terms of numbers and creepiness, and be slower than your average champion. Also they could deal current % true dmg so that the tanks would be running too but thats subject to change. -
"How do I win???" scoffs Did you really just ask me that? _Obviously _ it's killing each other, like in real life. This is where you guys give your ideas! This is what I propose : -To win you need to ace the enemy team -Mortals who die could respawn as threshlings ™ or be revived -Ghostbros turn into.... Ghostghosts? And haunt the enemy team (yea idk)
What I envision is an action packed mode of surviving through hords of zombies Threshlings ™ to get to the Ghostbosses and make them pay for having Ghostfun ™
"sigh do you have any other weird ideas?" Why yes I do!
- Empowered items like i.e. Zhonias spooking threshlings away for a dank escape
- Marksmen (and women) could have they aa's changed to skillshots (prob a programers nightmare
) - Ghostbros would be visible through the fog of war (cause they dont get to hide)
- Add your own!
Lastly I would like to emphasise my passion for zombies and the Harrowing with a shoutout to whoever wrote last year's harrowing event: GOOD SHIT BRO I LOVED IT !!!!!
