So Aurelion Sols long lore just came out and, in short, Targon enslaved him for quote "Millenia" They force him to do their dirty work and he has had to kill other celestials whom he knew since the beginning of time.

Now here's my question: Why is Bard the Keepers of balance across dimensions not even slightly bothered to help the GODDRAKE????

I think an important thing that people tend to forget about Bard is that he isn't almighty. If Sol can't do much about this, then Bard might be unable to do something about it too.

However bard was described as the kind of character who does something that looks rather unimportant, but actually turns out to have a big effect later on. So what if Bard was the one that caused the internal conflict among the targonians?

On the other hand, there is the fact that while enslaving Sol was a cruel thing to do of the targonians,it does mean that sol is forced to deal with certain dangers that otherwise could go out of control, which might be what Bard wanted all along.

If you watch his cinematic, Bard is a bit of an ass.

That village was being torn apart, and the only time Bard saw fit to actually do something was when the orb was being used in self-defense. Then Bard swoops in, snatches the orb, and puts it in it's place. Completely ignoring the slaughter going on below.

Now I'm not saying Bard should be Braum levels of goodness, but that clip makes Bard come off as uncaring and heartless.

He's doing what all the god-like beings they're adding to the story will be doing soon. Nothing. Because the story being on that kind of scale means we can't involved like 95% of the champs in the game unless they all go super saiyan. A-Sol won't be mentioned again in the lore entirely once the targon event is over. Calling it now. Just like every marvel movie you say "Yo cap, who not call hulk and fix this in 15 seconds?" and he never does. Because it's impossible to write for that guy most of the time and keep the scale of the story sane.

Who says Bard isn't? Bard isn't exactly the most straight forward thinker and I can see avoiding direct combat to get what he wants done. I find it odd that the Targonians would just suddenly be distracted.

Maybe Bard doesn't feel that the universe is actually threatened enough to intervene, or there is just no documentation of Bard's interventions yet

Because plot convenience. That's why.

To be fair, Aurelion mentions that there are more Celestial Dragons like him. So, if one is enslaved, i guess that Bard doesnt care because there are more to remplace him...

Likely because none of the actions that transpired relating to Aurelion Sol would negatively affect the universe. Which means our dragon is doomed to fail.

Bard exists to make sure that history plays out as it's supposed to and things don't get messed up. I forget who said it, but a Rioter said something along the lines of "when bard saves you, he's not doing it to save your live, he's doing it because your great, great, great grandson will lead a revolution." If Bard is as almighty as his lore suggests he his, then Aurelion Sol getting enslaved was either supposed to happen or it just wasn't relevant in keeping the timeline normal.
