Yet another Warmog's Halberd idea.

I know, you guys are probably getting tired of my Warmog's Halberd ideas, but I just want a good Juggernaut item that can't get abused by squishies.

So, here goes nothing. (Obligatory old Nasus Q image, of course)

==========

Warmog's Halberd (3500 / 900 Gold) http://leaguecraft.com/assets/images/icons/spells/spell_102.jpg ** NEEDS TANK TAG ** = Sheen (1050 / 700 Gold) item 3057 ---- Sapphire Crystal (300 Gold) item 1027

= Crystalline Bracer (650 / 100 Gold) item 3801 ---- Ruby Crystal (400 Gold) item 1028 ---- Rejuvenation Bead (150 Gold) item 1006

= Vampiric Sceptre (900 / 550 Gold) item 1053 ---- Longsword (350 Gold) item 1036

Stats: Grants WARMOG'S FIST if you have at least 3000 maximum health. +250 Mana +10% Cooldown Reduction +100% Base Health Regeneration +500 Health +25 AD +25% Lifesteal

Unique: Spellblade: After using an ability, your next attack deals 100% base AD as bonus physical damage. (1.5 sec cooldown) WARMOG'S FIST: After using an ability, your next attack deals 2.5% of your maximum health as bonus physical damage, and heals you for 50% of the premitigation damage + 15% of your max health. (1.5 sec cooldown)

==========

Okay, this plays directly into the role of juggernauts: >When you think brute force, these champions should come to mind: powerful, durable, immobile and melee. (Patch Notes 5.16)

The "Needs Tank Tag" makes this only available for tanks and innately tanky champions (Sorry, cancer-fizz and meta-golem Fiora).

Some of the numbers could be adjusted, but the point is an item that gives juggernauts with AA-modifiers (Darius, Nasus, Garen, etc.) a more powerful empowered attack. Yes. That 50% is on ALL premitigation damage for that attack.

I don't understand your concern with non-tanks being able to use this item. It already scales on health so it wouldn't be as effective for ADCs and scaling on Base AD means it wouldn't be good on mages.

Also, I think you made the build path a little strange, which actually makes the item pretty expensive, which isn't really that great for tanks.

item 3057 + item 3211 + item 1028 + 550 gold = 3200 gold {Same price as item 3100 }

  • +300 Mana
  • +500 Health
  • +35 Magic Resistance
  • +10% CDR

Unique Passive - Spellblade: After using an ability, your next basic attack deals 100% base AD + 2.5% of your maximum health as bonus physical damage, and heals you for 50% of the premitigation damage + 15% of your max health. (1.5 sec cooldown)

This would also fill a spot as the ONLY item to offer flat mana and magic resistance.

Also keep in mind that all Spellblade damage effects have a priority

Sheen Iceborn Lich Bane Trinity Force

Personally, I would put this one between Iceborn and Lich Bane.

Edit: Maybe knock the final cost down one or two hundred. If you are wanting more AD you can kick the Base AD scaling up to 125% - 150% at most.

I like this item. One thing though.

15%+ MAX HEALTH HEALING EVERY 1.5 SECONDS WHAT?

Think. Add the sustain mastery thingie that buffs heals/shields by 8%. Add the new Courage of the Colossus shield. Add SPIRIT'S VISAGE'S +20%. No. Just no. I love Hecarim, Sejuani and Sion, but that 15% needs to go down hard.

I'm fine with the rest tho. Nice item.

ugh, you build this on DrMundo and you're pretty much asking the team to ff. but this would work pretty well on tank XinZhao and even Aatrox or Nasus though i guess that was what you were aiming for with the old nasus q image

Requiring a tag probably isn't the best idea, because champions like Gnar, Hecarim and Olaf would be flat out abusive with this item while being outright impossible to kill. Even Aatrox has a tank tag for some reason and he really doesn't need more sustain.

Meanwhile some champions that genuinely build full tank but don't have a "Tank" tag (Rek'Sai and, believe it or not, Gragas) miss out on this for no reason other than an arbitrary tag requirement.

Obligatory Nasus Q healing him for 1000 health.

WARMOG'S FIST: After using an ability, your next attack deals 2.5% of your maximum health as bonus physical damage, and heals you for 50% of the premitigation damage + 15% of your max health. (1.5 sec cooldown)

Either this needs to get a way higher cooldown or the max health heal needs to be gutted to 2%. Alternatively, 5% bonus health.
