CeeCee, a tanky adc
I think 2-3 percent of you know about CeeCee, she was the original Braum concept. She was an engineer with a huge shield and was designed to be a Braum-Heimer hybrid. Now that you know who CeeCee was, time to dive into my concept. All tanks are melee, which does make sense, their big, bulky, and batter enemies with their fists, but that got me thinking on what a tank would be if they were ranged? or what an adc would be if they were tanky? and thus the idea for this was born.
Passive: shield droid
CeeCee has her droid hover near her. The droid will re-locate to whatever direction CeeCee is auto-attacking (if she auto-attacks an enemy above her, her droid will hover above her). The shield droid will cause any attacks oriented from that direction to deal 10-35% less damage that scales with her level. Her shield droid performs attacks for her so if it is not near her, she cannot attack enemies near her
Q: target weaponry
CeeCee empowers her auto-attacks to deal bonus damage at the cost of a small portion of her attack speed. While the buff persists CeeCee's auto-attacks will cause the target to loose a percent of their ad and ap for a short duration, stacking up to 5 times
W: deploy droid
CeeCee sends her droid to a target location, while the shield droid remains there, CeeCee's auto-attack range will center around the droid, instead of her, and abilities that collide with the droid will be blocked. While the droid is away, CeeCee will also loose her passive. After a short delay CeeCee can re-cast this ability to send a grappling hook to her droid, after a brief delay, CeeCee will pull herself to the droid, returning the droid to her side. Enemies hit by CeeCee while she is travelling will also be pulled to her destination and briefly stunned. If the ability is not reactivated the droid will return too CeeCee when it's duration is depleted
E: shrapnel shield
CeeCee magnetizes metal flakes to hover around her to grant % increased armor and magic resist. while CeeCee has the buff, her autos will have shrapnel magnetized to them as well, dealing bonus damage and slight aoe damage, however every auto will reduce the duration of the buff
R: calling all droids
CeeCee radios all her droids to fly into a target area. Upon casting the spell, the area will be marked and after a few seconds several droids will land on the perimeter of the area. Those droids will persist to circle the rim of the circle, blocking all enemy attacks that will collide with them and acting as impassible terrain (enemies can still dash over them).
Thoughts:
-CeeCee may struggle in metas defined by titanic hydra, since she is ranged and cannot use it. -her E: shrapnel shield can be used offensively or defensively, due to how using the autos will deplete the buff faster -CeeCee benefits greatly in 1 on 1 combat, her droid will reduce damage in the direction she is attacking, so if there is one enemy she can permanently have her shield reduce their damage. Try using her reactivated W: deploy droid to pull you and an enemy away from the team fight and attack them separately -CeeCee's ult can have a huge impact on a team fight, try to keep the fight centered around them and don't be baited away from them -CeeCee can prove to have a hard time escaping bad situations because her only mobility, her W, has a reactivation time, allowing those chasing you time to position in front of you, so you will accidentally drag them too -CeeCee's range is similar to graves's you may struggle early if you can't play aggressive -CeeCee's w can leave her open for attack, as she can't attack enemies near her when her droid is deployed. Be caution when using it -Since her ult's droids are terrain, bard can use his e on them, and that portal will stick to that droid as it orbits the circle
