Lissandra rework idea
So Ive been hearing a lot about a Lissandra rework, and know that theres been a few setbacks and scrapped ideas, so I wanna submit my own random ideas.
Passive: Lissandra's basic attacks on an enemy are converted to Magic Damage and shatter on impact, dealing bonus magic damage to the target and all enemies in a small cone behind it (literally her Q reworked into a Miss Fortune love tap passive) Enemies hit with either portion are inflicted with Black Ice This can be consistent, where her autos only do base AD + 25%AP, or a one time burst auto like a Lich Bane with a cooldown
Q: Lissandra shatters Black Ice on an enemy champion, dealing small AOE damage around the target. If the enemy is not afflicted with Black Ice, it just does base damage (Similar to Cassiopeia Twin Fang and Poison interaction. Potentially apply Black Ice to all other targets hit by the small AOE) Removes all black ice from the target.
W: Same - however Black Ice alters the affect. Maybe turning it into a stun, or making the uninfected W a slow instead of a root, and the inflicted is a root.
E: Also same, but leaves a trail that slows - or a narrow trail that freezes (stuns) if the enemy doesnt leave (similar to Viktor) this could apply Black ice, making it rewarding to use offensively, but also dangerous if misused
R: I honestly like her current R - An idea for an updated R would be that all enemies hit by the R are stunned if affected by Black Ice. If used on a target with no black ice, its a micro stun (.5s) but leaves the frozen terrain for a few seconds. Frozen terrain can interact same or differently as E trail
Literally made this all up, because I thought of the passive randomly. Think integrating her Q into her passive (which might have been mentioned) is a neat idea
