Still no Star Guardian Syndra?

Syndra has some pretty underwhelming skins at the moment, it would be great to see this beautiful concept come into the games. it could be just a skin replacement with the same voice files, but I think this would be a great skin to do new voice clips for!

Picture "Immense power is fun! You should try it sometime!" in a cheery voice!

I just think this skin is a great opportunity to boost Syndras popularity (since it really is a beautiful design), maybe release it around Halloween?

I this is something she needs. Please Riot?

Yes, please give something better than that horrible 750 RP skin they gave us earlier, all of her skins are 975 or less! Syndra has like the most visual appealing abilities in the game and Riot hasn't released one good skin for her.

They did us a favor by pricing Atlantean and Justicar at 975, because they are essentially 1350 RP skins.

However I agree. I don't like any of them. Queen of Diamonds would be OK, but they shaved her for no reason.

Man, Justicar Syndra is like one of the best skins in the game.

Atlantean Syndra has great VFX although I'll admit the model is pretty bad.

Queen of Diamonds is garbage though.

I think the reason why people feel like Syndra's skins are underwhelming is because they made her base so amazing. I have the 2 good skins so whenever I play her it's always hard deciding which of the 3 I'll use.

Justicar Syndra is amazing (I'm not a fan of Atlantean personally), but I would totally buy Star-Guardian Syndra the day it was released and just alternate between the two (and her classic, which I happen to really like as well).

That's because they were being worked on simultaneously. Star Guardian was being developed uniquely for Lux at the time, and now that Riot is aware that people want them to complete the team, it's going to take awhile before any more skins of a similar nature get made. 3 months isn't enough time for a 1350+ skin to be made, let alone a set of them.

I think they would be. Seeing as sion got a full rework and new MODELS. You kids have no idea what a rework is it seems.

It doesn't match her character at all. Syndra is an evil sadistic witch mage who enjoys killing and causing destruction. Lux on the other hand is a cheery and positive role-model like champ. The star guardians are based on Japanese heroes who stop evil. Syndra is evil lol

Most skins don't match a champion's character. They're reimaginings - look at Gentleman Gnar or Chogath. I don't see why this is a valid complaint tbh.

Thing is Riot said this skin was finally one that matched up to Lux's personality. It's more meaningful as a Lux skin than a Syndra skin, but maybe Syndra can be one of those evil witches, just not a guardian.

If the star guardian is based on a Mahou Shoujo scheme, and Lux is the "good" one, wouldn't Syndra be the "bad" one and use a different aesthetic (IE, not Star Guardian) as appropriate for that?

I think Star Guardian Syndra should be based off of Sailor Venus because obviously Star Guardian Lux is based off of Sailor Moon, hehe. Another good idea would be to make Tuxedo Ezreal (You know, Tuxedo Mask, Endymion, Darien. Haha, I'm done walks back to corner sadly)
