Teemo Rework
So teemo
is arguably the most infamous champion on the rift, annoying everyone to no end when they lose half their health to a random shroom. But he is also iconic making reworking him hard. I think I have a Rework that would make him more healthy and better overall, while not losing his iconic nature.

Passive: Quick Scout : teemo has bonus move speed based off level while not taken damage (his current ability Move Quick) 10%/20%/30%/40% of total move speed at lvl 1/6/11/16
Q: Blinding dart.
A point click blind that does the same affect as Quinn's
blind for 0.5 sec
grants double move speed from and activating his passive for 1.0 sec, (passive will not disable if Teemo takes damage during this time) deals 50/70/90/110/130 (+70% ap)
W: Dart arsenal: Teemo cycles through his darts: dart type #1 narcotic darts: Teemo deals 5/10/15/20/25 (+10% ap) bonus damage and slows for 20% for 0.75 sec #2 (weakness darts) Teemo deals his normal aa damage in magic damage (+1% per 50 ap, damage starts at -10% damage), reducing their Magic resist and amour by 5/10/15/20/25% and reducing their damage by 1.5/3.0/4.5/6.0/7.5%. #3 Poison Darts: Teemo deals 30/60/90/120/150 (+40% ap) in magic damage over 4 seconds. Poison Darts cannot stack, bonus mr is doubled for usage in damage mitigation of this ability only.
E: Guerrilla warfare. 20/19/18/17/16 sec cooldown. Teemo takes 0.5 sec to stealth, making him invisible for 10/12/14/16/18 seconds but disabling his passive move speed and slowing himself for 20% unless he is in a brush. Teemo's first auto after stealth deals 30/45/60/75/90 (+40% ap) and grants him 20/25/30/35/40% attack speed. Teemo gains the stealth (but not the auto) regardless upon staying in a brush for 1.0 sec. if guerrilla warfare was activated this way, Teemo loses stealth upon exiting the brush.
R: SHROOMS 30 sec cooldown, stores up to 3 charges, max 9 on rift. Teemo sets a trap (in the same way he does now) If the trap is hit by an opponent, they are revealed for 10 sec, slowed by 20% for 2 sec, and Teemo gains 100% move speed for 2 seconds. Each trap deals~~ 50/150/250 (+20%ap) magic damage~~ and converts 25/50/75% of Teemo's magic damage against that champion into true damage for the next 5 secconds.
