kled e is a stupid ability
I have a ton of fun playing kled, but the fact that he can't dash over walls means that his entire premise of sticking on people is ruined by one hop over a wall. it makes no sense when every other dash and even unmounted kleds q can go over walls. I feel like if you reduced the range where you could reactivate his e you could balance this change, and simultaneously get rid of the annoying 5000 mile long dash that occurs if he hits you with the first e and you flash/dash away
