Reconection problems[CLIENT/GAMEPLAY]

I was just playing a game, nunu jg, and we are up 6-1 in kills, stomping everywhere. an electrical storm starts outside of my place and i experience a power outage of about 1-2 seconds, which does not effect my laptop, but causes my internet to take about 30 seconds to reboot. after the 30 secconds, everything else works perfectly, i can use the internet just fine, but league is still attempting to reconect. after about 30 seconds, i am forced to close league, and reconect from the launcher, which works for about 15 seconds before somthing on riots end kicks my conection, and i am forced to go into my boot menu, and force quit all processes for league, before logging in again, and finaly being able to reconect for good. we lost the game due to the 6 min i was afk. this process is what i have to go through everytime i have an internet problem, because even when the internet is good, if i have disconected at any point i have to re-login. please fix this, its unacceptable to lose games when it is easy enough to reconect somebody, every other multiplayer game i play has got this figured out.
