Riot Games I give you Lingan that could be added to kayle's lore Wanna look?

Lingan (pronounced Li_gan) (Riot Games Look at this neat idea, Kayle could use another person) The Heavens Tune

Lore: Lingan, An meaning sky or heaven and Ling meaning sound of dawn. Lingan lived beside Kayle an Angel of Justice. Who he played tunes for all day long, and they had both enjoyed the peaceful tune of his masterpiece. Lingan always restored the air from his every tune. A righteous man he was and since young had always played his tunes for everyone.

Well, one mysterious evening in front of Kayle herself, Lingan was playing amazing tunes and was truly named the heavens tune. But something was wrong, the people started to suffocate and collapse as if the air had never existed. Kayle soon realised that Lingan, was killing the crowd he had loved. Kayle quickly banished Lingan to the ground he had no fond of. And From that day on though his title still stands, he was now said to be called The Banished Tune of Heaven and roams this very air in runeterra, and to hear him is peaceful death. But the League of Justice would not have its air takened. The League Brought him in. When the league had put him in he asked them a favour.

“Allow me to seek, who has wronged me( )? For if it is a True path, I must restore my life and play my tunes for the beyond to hear. I had a glimpse of him when I was banished by Kayle!” - Lingan

[The Dance for him should be this one of course because he is a boogie kind of tune. and it makes sense with his flows.] There should actually be some sound if possible.

Garen: This is what silencing means Bard and Sona: Well, There are more ways to silence! Janna: I admire a power source! These tunes haven't even started yet Tunes of Heaven well not silence Silence you are, and Silenced you will be Laugh: Hmm.. hahahaha Haha!

Passive: Exposed in Silence (5 second cooldown) (While in Physical form his AA silence the enemy every 3 attacks) Deals Bonus ((20%/25%/35%/45%/50%) of Physical Damage) To silenced enemies. Plus (melee form),Q,E and R will knock them back to the range of his range form. (attacking an enemy on silence restores An's energy by 10)

Q: Harmless Silence (Cost 5 energy) (4/3/3.9/3.7/3.5 second cool down) Lingan Fires a projectile wide wave but half of mid lane, that silences the enemy for 2 seconds all rank (p knocks them back)

W: Winding the Tune (cost 100 energy) (15/14/12/10/9 second cool down) Lingan channels for 4 seconds and sucks up air in a circular form in 4 direction pulling enemies towards him in the direction of the air plus dealing(5/25/50/100/125) true damage per second(duration of the channel), he then levitates in the air (until he uses ultimate or presses it again). Immune to only knocks ups (He becomes ranged) Q and R can only be used after this. (this cooldown is refunded when being hit during channel by the amount of seconds left)

E: Resonance (cost 10 energy) (5/4.5/4/3/2.5 seconds cool down) After all those harmful tunes entered your head probably ringing. Lingan concentrates it all to one location and as soon as it is all together he crushes a frequency that matches its frequency and it explodes it. Enemies Take damage due to (10/15/25/30/35% of maximum health) This Knocks them up(passive knocks them back)

[R: The Tune of Heaven (cost 100 energy) [120/110/100/95/90 seconds cool down] Lingan had his fun here, After channeling W, An-Ling Finally is ready to play his masterpiece that kayle well have regrets for banishing him. Lingan Launches higher into the Heavens and begins to Charge his tunes together combining them to make one large bomb that well be fired within range from where he jumped which is the same as Nocturnes range or Xerath Range( depending on if the champ is already to much) So the Bomb goes it hits the Ground enemies AND allies get silenced and knocked back by this.

Half of allies damage becomes true damage for 4 seconds, enemies get marked which when using resonance stuns the enemies.]
