Can't find the link right now, but the source apparently predicted both the Bilgewater event and Hextech Crafting previously. This time around, they stated that 6 new skins would be the 4 Star Guardians (they had the champions and prices correct but some colors wrong), Candy King Ivern (also with correct price), and Elementalist Lux (listed at 3250 RP, which would make it an Ultimate tier skin).

So out of 6 predicted items, 5 have so far been revealed. Assuming the source has no motivation to post false information on purpose, it appears quite likely that Elementalist Lux is on the way.

Whatever it may turn out to be, I do wish they'd quit leaking things and just wait for the official teasers and reveals.

Its on the summoners rift Instagram (riots second account) and they are saying its "supposed leaks" but everything but the lux skin has come out and I don't think they would put something that most likely won't come out on any of their social media's. For example, even though people had theories for Jhin and other champs riot hasn't gone out of their way and posted any supposed theories.

Elementist Lux doesn't seem very cool, and I wish it was practically anyone but Lux. Lux makes me salty and she has lots of good skins.

Almost all of her skins are super old, and have absolutely no personality, with the exception of Star Guardian. The rest are ancient, with no particles and horrific splashes that haven't been touched in ages. Only recently did Spellthief get an update, and that skin came out with Lux's release. Steel legion was almost 3 years ago, and even that has the most boring nonexistent particles out of any skin I've seen. (Heck, most people complain that the skin is cheap because they can't see her spells.) Not to mention that since her release all she's gotten are boring military skins until SG.

Lux has no skin lines, we don't see her with a snow day, a harrowing, Arcade, or Sweetheart. Nothing fun that fits her personality except one skin, and I hardy think that puts her in the "lots of good skins" group.

As a lux main, Elementalist Lux is very exciting and I'm extremely grateful that Riot is giving her this.

Lux has 6 skins. Two of which have new particles. Spell Theif isn't that bad in my opinion.

Star Guardian and Steel Legion are pretty great skins, mostly Star Guardian. I'm not sure what your looking for. There are other champs who have much less skins, some of which have no new particles AT ALL.

Swain, Xerath (I don't count his battle cast as its very different), and quite a few other champs are not part of any skin lines. She's now part of SG skin line and she's getting this fancy Elementis Lux.

As a lux main, Elementalist Lux is very exciting and I'm extremely grateful that Riot is giving her this.

Thats your opinion. Personally, from what it sounds like, I don't think I will like it. It seems like each spell might just be a different element. If it did change like DJ Sona (What type of element she uses) it would be cool, but clarity issues would show up.

Lux was released with Sorceress and Spellthief, both of which are super old and have no particles. Then came Commando, which is a very plain military skin and has no particles. Then came imperial, another uncreative military skin with no particles. Then came Steel Legion, ANOTHER uncreative military skin who's particles are transparent and extremely difficult to even see, making the whole effort of even giving it different particles; pointless. This is not a list of "Lots of good skins." It's a list of ancient uncreative skins that do nothing to express lux as a champion, this is something not only expressed by Lux players, but by the design team and Morello himself.

The difference is that most champions have skins that align with their character/personality, while Lux literally has only 1 that does so for her. Lux most certainly deserved a new skin, and I'm quite happy that she's been given the ultimate.

Spell thief is my favorite lux skin, and i actually hate star guardian lux, why was it even made, to annoy the world! no i agree she might need a new skin, but no way in hell does she need an ultimate skin. Lux NO! Yorick YES!

Honestly, I'm not really a fan of any of her skins. Star Guardian is the only one of hers I vaguely like, but I still prefer the default skin to it.

I'm hoping Elementalist Lux turns out great.

I agree, I'm not really a fan of any of her skins either because they're so very old and lack any true creativity, especially in comparison to the skins we see released in recent years. Heck, alternative skins released with new champions have more personality and spell effects. So I get annoyed when people use the argument "Lux already has lots of skins" because when it comes to skins "Quality > Quantity" Even Riot themselves admitted that the skins made since her release do nothing for her as a character, and that she is one of the only champs that doesn't have a skin that really embodies her personality.

I too am hoping that elementalist lux turns out great.
