My brainstorming for a possible Noxus Support

I was reading right now about a guy suggesting a support from Noxus, i don't know how but ideas started jumping out of my mind so i'm gonna write them here before i forget them.

I was thinking, what's Noxus major imagery? Being a continuously expanding nation with a thirst for conquest that never gets sated. What an army needs the most to achieve such an objective? Field supplies. My idea is of a merchant/battlefield supplier type of support, introducing a new mechanic: the caravan chariot.

What this champion will do will be carrying around a chariot full of supplies and sellable items that is detached from the champion and slows him down when he's pulling it around, the possibilities for this new mechanic are endless: he might be a mean to acquire new items like the secret shop in dota or Ornn's passive, he can be a supplier of potions and various items that help sustaining throughout the game and the lane, it might be possible that the minor items can be bought by every champion from the chariot and the major ones only when the champion is present, he might be used as a sort of courier from dota and allow champions to shop even if they are not currently in the fountain, it might allow the player to decide where to place the chariot in order to choose if to support himself, his lane or even other lanes giving up part of his power.

Also his chariot might be destructible, forcing the champion to spend gold to build a new one at the shop in case it gets captured/found by enemies and destroyed, this could also synergize with his ability of GAINING money from his other teammates, because when they will spend gold to buy stuff from the cart the champion might receive full gold or a percentage of the gold spent, this would also help keeping his gold value in check and not make it game-breaking.

For what concerns the PVP element he will be mainly focused to provide healing and supportive damage, just like a battlefield medic that operates in the backlines or the military camp, but is still a soldier. What i was thinking of is a Roman soldier using a bow or a slingshot or throwing stones like in the earliest periods of Roman history, but the time period might be adapted to Noxus of course giving him more technologically advanced weaponry.

There you have it.

I have admit, we are indeed short on supply for a true Noxian support Champion.

A DoTA style courier type champion is interesting, but it may add too much in terms of global presence on the map as well as granting too much of an early-game lead to allied laners if they can buy normal items. But, you can restrict this while incorporating all of the above.

For example: You can have the Champion similar to an apothecary that occasionally creates potions which he can sell to allies via the courier. The variety and strength of the potions scales with his level, but the advantages from said potions cannot be overbearing (probably similar to potions from Kleptomancy). To create some kind of trade off for himself, maybe he has to buy recipes from the actual item shop to expand his Potion variety or make them more potent, or use gold to create said potions and sell them to allies for profit. (Probably the latter)

The courier acts as an targetable alternate entity that grants vision, moved by ALT + Right Click, and can be clicked upon like Thresh's lantern opening a shop for allies. 100% of the gold generated goes toward his gold income.

The problem with designing a Noxian support champion is that it has to match thematically in terms of Noxian values; which in most cases is "Strength above All." This may be difficult to portray via this design thematic.
